Animated Elementary Dictionary

This is a project for the eMobilize group (http://palmbeachschooltalk.com/groups/emobilize/) that is developing new ways to use mobile technology in the classrooms and media centers of this district. This project focuses on creating an animated dictionary for elementary students. Remember when you had to write sentences to define a word, now students can prove they understand vocabulary by animating words to life. We have identified two hundred words for Kindergarten, First, Second, Third, Fourth, and Fifth grades as well as by subject areas like Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies.

By placing this in a wiki, it becomes a living document that can be changed. You can search by word, by grade level, by subject area. This will be evolving to add the words over the days to come.
